The ancient practice of yoga has become
increasingly popular in recent years, as Westerners have come
to recognize the benefits of yoga --relaxation, flexibility,
strength, conscious breath, improved posture, awareness, better
health -- as an antidote to the aches and pains of our
stressful, daily lives. We have seen that, yes, yoga
works. And, even better, it's not just for the fit and
flexible -- ANYONE can do yoga!
