"When I joined Beth's class, I was suffering from the effects of scoliosis. I visited the chiropractor up to a dozen times a year. I was in constant pain, and fearful about moving in certain directions, lest I cause my back to go out. Yoga immediately began to relieve my pain and restore function. Beths instruction helped me exercise safely. After over a year in class, I seldom need to visit the chiropractor, and my pain level is near zero. I feel strong and confident about using my body. I am enjoying life much more, thanks to yoga."

"My goal, in my retirement years is to remain as healthy and physically active as possible through proper nutrition and exercise. Combined with aerobic exercise, yoga seemed to be the the answer to developing and maintaining strength and flexibility which declines significantly as you age. I was a complete novice when I began her class and can safely say that she took me from hopeless to limber in less than three months.
